Returns & Exchanges

We hope every piece from Ogema resonates with you. If you need to request a return or exchange, please review the policy below.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery. Items must remain unused, unaltered, and with original tags attached.

If a return or exchange is requested due to a product quality issue, Ogema will cover the shipping costs. For all other reasons (such as personal preference), shipping costs for both directions are the responsibility of the customer.

Customized or made-to-order bracelets are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

When returning an item, please ensure that all original packaging, accessories, and any included gifts are sent back together. We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, altered, or damaged.

Once your return is received, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection. After approval, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
